Dude, forget about Photoshop, and don't ask people if they have it. Try this- use an opensource art/image editing program like GIMP or Krita. Both of those are free and they can do everything that Photoshop can do. Once you download either program, just watch instructional videos and learn how to make them yourself. Then you can be your own master!
